Forms contain company/organisation, optional full name, business email, country/region and enquiry details. Some solution forms also ask for an optional employee or device/access-point count. Your browser converts these fields into an email draft; the form does not submit or save them to a server. If you send the email, the contact details and message reach Kutar and the email services involved. Do not include sensitive personal data or unnecessary information about others.

Purposes and legal grounds

Information is used to answer your enquiry, assess product/project scope and conduct the quotation or partnership discussion you request. Depending on the activity, the grounds under KVKK are Article 5(2)(c) for entering into/performing a contract, 5(2)(f) for legitimate interests that do not harm your fundamental rights, and, when applicable, 5(2)(ç) for legal obligations or 5(2)(e) for establishing or protecting rights. This form does not subscribe you to marketing.

Authorised company staff may access information to assess your enquiry, service providers to support email and hosting, and competent authorities or legal advisers where required by law or to protect rights. The website is hosted on server infrastructure used by Kutar; web traffic is proxied through Cloudflare. Email and infrastructure services may be provided from abroad depending on the provider; applicable transfer conditions depend on the service and processing activity.

Cookies and external services

The application code does not add advertising/analytics trackers, write cookies or store form entries in browser storage. This does not describe security/session processing by the hosting infrastructure. Fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser sends that service an IP address and technical request information. Hosting services may process IP addresses, request times, URLs and browser information to serve and secure the website. External links have their own privacy terms.

Retention and security

Email enquiries should be retained only for the period needed to handle them and applicable legal retention obligations; data without a continuing processing basis is deleted, destroyed or anonymised in accordance with applicable law. There is no separate website database for form entries. Hosting and email retention periods depend on service terms; identify the relevant activity when requesting details.

Your rights under KVKK

Under Article 11, you may enquire about processing, purposes and recipients; request correction of inaccurate/incomplete data, deletion/destruction where the conditions apply, and notification of these actions to recipients. You may also object to an adverse outcome based solely on automated analysis and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

How to make a request

Submit requests in writing to the address below or through legally valid application methods. Contact [email protected] for procedural guidance; an ordinary email is not always a valid substitute for identity verification. Requests are resolved as soon as their nature permits and within 30 days. This website notice does not replace the separate notice for a product or customer project.
